The Test Valley Borough Council is seeking applications for its Additional Restrictions Grant for Businesses affected by Restrictions (1 April 2021 onwards).
The scheme will run from 1st April and will provide a one-off payment to businesses in clearly defined sectors that continue to be affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. No further payments beyond this will be made under Test Valley BC ARG scheme unless additional Government funding is received.
Funding Information
• Rateable Value up to and including £5,000: £2,000
• Rateable Value up to and including £7,500: £4,000
• Rateable Value up to and including £15,000: £8,000
• Rateable Value £15,001-£50,999: £12,000
• Rateable Value £51,000 and over: £16,000
Eligibility Criteria
TVBC’s Additional Restrictions Grant scheme will provide support to the following businesses:-
• Businesses in the Travel, Events and Early Years Learning sectors including supply chain that have not been forced to close but whose turnover has been materially affected by the closure of their direct customer base. In addition businesses in the Hospitality Supply chain (Including Launderettes/Dry Cleaners).
Businesses that are not subject to business rates are not eligible under this scheme. Previous schemes have made provision for these businesses.
