Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and the Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) announced a third phase of COVID-19 Response Program is now open for applications.
The purpose of the grant is to provide funds to small businesses to help retain low to moderate income (LMI) employees who have been affected by COVID-19. The community, not individual businesses, will be evaluated to determine if they meet specific LMI thresholds for eligibility.
For this round, eligible applicants include non-entitlement and entitlement local units of government, and can apply for up to $250,000.
Communities selected to receive Phase 3 Grants are listed below:
• Vanderburgh County, Gibson County, Posey County, Warrick County, City of Mount Vernon, City of Princeton, City of Oakland City, City of Boonville, Town of Haubstadt, Town of Fort Branch, Town of Elberfeld, Town of Lynnville, Town of Chandler, Town of New Harmony, Town of Newburgh.
