What Makes EndeavorLAB Unique?
• Multiplier effect: Join Endeavor Miami’s flagship initiative for early-stage startups and be part of the emerging entrepreneurship movement in Florida.
• Practical methodology: Endeavor helps entrepreneurs focus their time and energy in finding the path towards the next level of growth through highly curated mentor matchings, meaningful exchanges with subject matter experts, and seasoned entrepreneurs who have trailed the path before you. Endeavor’s methodology encourages you to dissect your challenges on a granular level to find tangible solutions.
• A community of like-minded people: Be part of a group of top-notch entrepreneurs with whom you can share the entrepreneurial journey and its struggles with, develop meaningful relationships, and together work towards building better, bigger, and stronger businesses.
• Endeavor Miami invests in you: Unlike other accelerator programs in the market, Endeavor Miami’s program is non-dilutive. They invest their time and resources in you so that you can, in turn, invest in yourself. Be supported by a team crazy about entrepreneurship who are there to look out for you, hold you accountable, and cheer you on through challenges and successes alike.
What do companies get out of this?
• X-Ray: Companies go through an assessment to identify key challenges to their scale and identify areas of opportunity to be addressed during the program.
• Virtual Retreat: Entrepreneurs take part in a “retreat” to build trust, transparency and vulnerability amongst cohort participants, pushing the envelope of peer-to-peer learning, exchanges and mentoring.
• Group Modules: Participants attend 5 half-day group sessions in which they are exposed to subject matter experts to deep dive, discuss and learn about best practices related to scaling up a company. Entrepreneurs also have the opportunity to exchange lessons and experiences through structured presentations, forum-like discussions and curated 1-1 conversations.
• Individual Mentoring: Participants are assigned a mentor with whom they meet 3 times throughout the program to work through the business challenges identified in the X-Ray. Mentors hold entrepreneurs accountable for results as they navigate the problem-solving process that is individual mentoring.
• Demo Day: To wrap up the program, entrepreneurs take part in a public Demo Day in which they pitch their companies to a panel of judges made up of Endeavor mentors, entrepreneurs, investors and/or community partners. The Demo Day is an excellent practice for entrepreneurs looking to fine tune their storytelling skills as well as an opportunity to present your brand to a segment of the Miami entrepreneurial community.
