City and County of San Francisco is currently accepting applications for its SF Relief Grant fund to provide immediate relief to help stabilize small business operations with grants of $5k to $25k based on the business’ number of employees prior to the pandemic.
The funds will be split into two programs:
• The Small Business Storefront Equity program
• The Community Storefront Anchors program
The Small Business Storefront Equity program focuses on businesses that have been most impacted by shelter-in-place mandated closures, and those that have not been able to access other local, state, and federal resources, and those serving low-income, historically disinvested neighborhoods.
• Grant Information: Get a grant of $5,000 for your local small business.
• Grant requirements: Your business must have less than $2.5M in gross revenue in 2020 and not have received more than $5,000 in grants or $20,000 in loans from other programs.
• Grant applications: They will give grants to 800 businesses.
The Community Anchor Storefront program focuses on long-running businesses and those that contribute to the culture and vibrancy of San Francisco and its commercial corridors.
• Grant Information: Get a grant for $10,000 or $25,000 for your local small business with at least an average of 2 employees before the pandemic.
• Grant requirements: Your business must be a storefront with less than $2.5M in gross revenue in 2020 that lost at least 25% of your revenue from 2019 to 2020.
• Grant applications: They will give grants to 630 businesses.
