What will you get:
- 8 months of Hacker Lab membership
- $235 in class credits, good towards any Hacker Lab classes
- Access to Hacker Lab’s community of makers, entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners

Eligibility Criteria
- Reside in the greater Sacramento area. – Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a household income less than $48,350 annually and cannot otherwise afford Hacker Lab membership.
- Agree to abide by Hacker Lab’s terms, conditions, and policies
- Be able to actively participate in and take advantage of Hacker Lab access during the 8 month term
- Be available for regular contact with Hacker Lab through occasional surveys and other communications (email, etc.)
Ideal Candidate’s goals are one or more of the following:
- Gaining new skills, especially toward improving career opportunities
- Starting or growing a small business
- Enrolled in or planning to enroll in continuing education
- Self-motivated to take advantage of Hacker Lab’s existing programs, trainings, space, and equipment
- Submits a detailed application clearly laying out what they are planning to get out of their time at Hacker Lab
Note:
- All Sacramento-area applicants are welcome to apply, but priority may be given to those residing in SMUD designated Sustainable Communities Resource Priority Zones
- This Pathways cohort has a limited number of spots open, so applications may be competitive.
- Priority will be given to those who are new to Hacker Lab; however, previous program participants and Hacker Lab members may still apply.
