The Maryland Telework and Online Sales Grant Fund provides financial relief to locally owned and operated businesses that incurred expenses in order to establish or expand online sales and/or telework during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
The relief program is funded through Maryland’s RELIEF Act 2021. Repayment is not required for any funds received through the grant program.
Funding Information
Grants will be awarded for reimbursement of up to $2,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Establishments must:
• Be a legally recognized business in good standing with the State of Maryland as determined by the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT);
• Be current on all county tax liabilities (paid in full);
• Have no outstanding/open zoning or permitting code enforcement issues with the county;
• Must have been established and operating prior to March 9, 2020;
• Be located and currently open and operating in Calvert County; and
• Be a for-profit entity.
