Music WorX is an incubation programme for the early stages of idea generation.
Within three months, up to four teams receive financial support, trainings and coachings. An integral part of the programme is the Product Field. It helps you navigate the complexity of your product, align the perspectives of all stakeholders, find your focus, and make the right decisions.
Music WorX is Europe’s first publicly funded incubator for startups in the music & tech sector. They offer effective start-up assistance and sustainable networking for talented founders from the music industry.

- Financial support
- Each team receives €5,000 for support services to develop their business idea.
- Cost-of-living allowance
- They provide for another €1,500 per team as a subsidy for living costs.
- Personal coaching
- You will meet regularly with all teams in workshops and learn from team building to pitch training. You can expect individual coaching sessions tailored to your needs with the right experts. In addition, you will receive advice and exchange with experienced mentors from the music industry, tech and business.
- Networking
- They connect you with Hamburg-based companies and trigger networking with relevant industry representatives.

- New services in the field of Direct-to-Fan (D2F)
