Funding Information
Non-essential retail
• Rateable Value of your property – £15,000 or below: £2,667
• Rateable Value of your property – £15,001- £50,999: £4,000
• Rateable Value of your property – £51,000 or over: £6,000
Hospitality, leisure, accommodation, personal care, gym and sports businesses
• Rateable Value of your property – £15,000 or below: £8,000
• Rateable Value of your property – £15,001- £50,999: £12,000
• Rateable Value of your property – £51,000 or over: £18,000
Eligibility Criteria
The grants are for businesses who:
• Are liable for Business Rates in Oldham and trading on 1 April 2021
• Are in the non-essential retail, hospitality, leisure, personal care, accommodation, and gym, and sports sectors
• Offer in-person services where the main service or activity takes place in a fixed Business Rate-paying premises.
