Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) in association with Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) is seeking applications for its “SME Excellence Awards 2021”.
XIME with a focus on fostering entrepreneurship and Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) with a vision to facilitate business growth and add value to its stakeholders have come together to recognize the resilience of the SMEs – the backbone of economy – in managing and adapting their business to a COVID world.
Award Information
This award carries Prize Money of ₹200,000 for the winner and ₹100,000 for the runner-up. The winners will be declared on 14th August 2021 at XIME, Bangalore campus.
Eligibility Criteria
• Your company should be registered in Bangalore, not later than the year 2016 and not earlier than 1996 (i.e. 5 to 25 years in operations).
• Annual turnover should be between Rs. 5 crore and Rs. 250 crore.
Selection Criteria
The jury will evaluate outstanding achievements in the following broad categories to select the winners:
• Financial performance as compared to peers
• Initiatives promoting employee welfare, development & engagement
• Leveraging Innovation to achieve sustainable business excellence
• Delivering customer delight leading to customer advocacy & loyalty
• Social, Economic and Environmental impact generated
