The "New Ideas New Businesses" Competition, now in its 20th edition, consists of a competition between innovative business ideas formalized in a business plan and offers all participants training and opportunities to meet successful business experiences, guidance on available benefits, opportunities for professional contacts and access to potential financiers (networking) and a qualified mentorship for the development of projects.
The aim of the initiative is to promote the development of local entrepreneurship and the culture of innovation through an incentive mechanism aimed at encouraging the birth and supporting the growth of new innovative companies in the territories of the provinces of Rimini, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna and the Republic. of San Marino, generating a virtuous circuit among young people, institutions and businesses.
The initiative benefits from the financial contribution of Crédit Agricole. The Competition also makes use of the financial contribution and the didactic and technical-scientific support of Deloitte & Touche SpA , and Studio Skema.
The initiative has the patronage of:

Criteria
• They can register for the Competition:
o Aspiring entrepreneurs, individuals, who form a group of at least 2 people, residing in Italy and/or in the Republic of San Marino, who undertake to establish their future new innovative entrepreneurial activity in the provinces of Rimini, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna or in the Republic of San Marino;
o New entrepreneurs who have already started, individually or in partnership with other natural and / or legal persons, an entrepreneurial activity with headquarters or at least an operational headquarters in the territories of the provinces of Rimini, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna or the Republic of San Marino and consisting of no more than 24 months from the date of publication of this announcement, provided that they constitute a group of at least 2 people proposing an innovative idea (product or process) for the development of their business.
• Participation in the competition is reserved for groups of at least 2 people.
This group may be formed:
• At the time of registration: in this case the members of the group will identify the group leader at the same time;
• Within the deadline for submitting the Business Idea Summary (Article 5): in this case, the application for registration in the Competition may also be submitted by a single person, who will initially be identified as the group leader, provided that in the terms indicated he or she constitutes the envisaged group through the adhesion of at least one other participant, recruited from outside or already registered in the Competition.
Each registered participant may possibly be a member of more than one group in the competition; moreover, each group in the competition can possibly present more than one business project. The Technical-Scientific Committee reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Competition projects judged to be excessively numerous by the single group.All subjects already beneficiaries of forms of subsidized financing and / or competitors of initiatives similar to this one can also participate in the Competition, provided that appropriate written communication is given, even informally, to the Technical-Scientific Committee within the deadline for submitting the Summary. of the business idea. The Technical-Scientific Committee will exclude subjects and groups judged not in possession of the above requirements from participation in the Competition. The decisions of the Technical-Scientific Committee are collegial, not motivated and unquestionable.
