In partnership with Digital Business Ireland (DBI), permanent tsb, Milk Bottle Labs and the support of the Local Enterprise Offices, Virgin Media is helping businesses to launch themselves online or intensify their ecommerce operation, with a full digital makeover and industry expert advice.
Virgin Media’s #BackingBusiness initiative has already supported 400+ businesses last year through promotions on Virgin Media Television, and across Social Media platforms.
They are supporting selected businesses with a professionally built e-commerce store, one year of business broadband, dedicated training in digital marketing and expert support to boost your digital delivery.
What will successful applicants receive?
5 businesses will get a chance to be supported with all the following:
• A Shopify Store built by Milk Bottle Labs (value of €10,000).
• One year of free Fibre Business Broadband with Virgin Media Business.
• Free membership, support and advocacy with Digital Business Ireland.
• Mentoring and training in digital marketing with Local Enterprise Offices.
• #BackingBusiness advocacy and media exposure.
• Funded and supported by permanent tsb.
Eligibility Criteria
• This initiative is open to all businesses in Munster.
• Competition entrants must be over 16 years of age and be residents of the Republic of Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner.
• Backing Business competitions are not open to employees of Virgin Media, PTSB, Digital Business Ireland, Milk Bottle Labs or contractors, agents, their immediate family members or of any companies associated with the competition.
