The experience acquires international relevance since national winners from more than 60 countries where EY runs this program meet in Monte Carlo, Monaco, to participate in various activities that they allow you to strengthen your contact networks and contend for the title of EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™.
Throughout these years, 20 independent judges have evaluated their projects, generating a synergy that places the program as an important showcase of entrepreneurial talent Mexican.

The evaluation of the candidates is carried out in a comprehensive way and covers these six fundamental aspects:
• Entrepreneurship: setting high standards and show a great desire to be successful, take risks and overcome significant obstacles, demonstrate perseverance and learn from experience.
• Value creation: value creation for group’s interest, financial performance strength, development of human capital, strategies for ensures long-term sustainability.
• Strategic direction: development of vision and goals clear for business growth and expansion, creation of an effective team and strategic alliances, measurement and comparative evaluation of the progress of planted objectives.
• National and global impact: relevance in the market, presence in national and international markets, plans to drive growth and reach international.
• Innovation: pioneer in new approaches or technologies, adaptation and product development or services ahead of the market, construction of a culture of innovation, investment in research and development.
• Personal integrity / Leadership driven by a purpose: living your values has generated a great recognition and respect by the main interest groups (collaborators, competitors, clients, advisors and the community in general), demonstrated commitment to the purpose of organization and maintaining the highest standards ethical and quality in the activities and operations of the business, make philanthropic or social contributions featured.

o Finalist of the EY Entrepreneur Of The generation Year ™ 2021 Mexico in any category
o Business focus oriented towards improvement and / or well-being of the community and society
o Measurable and verifiable impact on the information presented
Participation Criteria
• Be the founder or owner of the company
• Be Mexican or foreigner with accredited residence in Mexico
• Run a Mexican company (or mostly Mexicana) from the private sector
• That your company has experienced a rate of double digit compound annual growth in the last three years
• Historical average ebitda of 10% in the same period
• Finalists from past editions can re-enter be part of the program if they apply for the category next in which they previously participated
