DoDigi is free 12-week training and mentoring program for entrepreneurs focused on the Digital Economy, where at the end of the course, participants will have their products and services available for purchase online for greater access to market.
About The Program
A two-part program inclusive of Learning about doing business digitally, as well as practical application and onboarding to e-commerce platforms; open to entrepreneurs in Botswana and South Africa.
Participants stand a chance to win R10,000 and P10,000.
• Learn Digital
o The first part of the program is Emergent Academy – which is a communal virtual and authentic learning experience for young entrepreneurs seeking to develop their understanding of digital technologies, the digital economy as well as resilience-building in purpose-driven entrepreneurship.
• Do Digital
o The second part of the program is practical, where the entrepreneurs will implement the new knowledge received and apply it in their ventures. By the end of the program, participants will have strong online presence, great branding, and have their products and services placed in online stores.

• Business Requirements
o Must have been operating a business for at least 12 months.
o Exceptions can be made for certain businesses established after March 2020 due to the effects of Covid-19 or as emerging business solutions in response to the socio-economic impacts of the pandemic.
