Procter & Gamble Ventures, the early-stage startup studio within P&G, is now accepting submissions for its next virtual pitch competition. After pivoting the Innovation Challenge to a virtual format last year in response to COVID-19, P&G Ventures is once again holding the competition in this format to make the Challenge open to the widest pool of entrepreneurs.
P&G Ventures partners with entrepreneurs, inventors, and startups to discover and create consumer products, brands, and businesses that solve people's needs in categories new to P&G. Each P&G Ventures partnership is unique, providing funding and access to P&G's experts, resources, and capabilities to help partners find their best customers, prove their technology, and create their brand.

Eligibility Criteria
• The P&G Ventures Innovation Challenge is an open invitation to all inventors, entrepreneurs, and startups.
• The Promotion is open only to (a) persons who as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older and of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the entrant resides, (b) groups of two individuals each of whom, as of the date of entry and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment, satisfies the eligibility requirements set forth in clause (a) (each a "Team"), and (c) business entities that as of the date of entry and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment are legally organized in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, have a street address in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and have less than 150 employees (each a "Qualifying Business Entity").
• Employees, officers and directors of The Procter & Gamble Company (the "Sponsor"), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, Realtime Media LLC, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, "Promotion Parties") their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• Businesses whose principals, officers or directors include any employee of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible. Eligibility determinations will be made by Sponsor in its discretion and will be final and binding. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
