Grand Central Tech (GCT) is Company Ventures’ annual no rent, no equity Residency for early-stage teams and entrepreneurs.
Over the course of seven years, they have developed an approach to community curation and programming to give founders in the crucial early-stages the ideal environment in which to thrive.
Each year GCT gathers ~25 pre-series A companies and founders. They screen for deep domain expertise and entrepreneurial experience, ultimately selecting founders emblematic of the diversity of NYC who aspire to be part of a tight-knit community of high-achieving operators with a shared set of values.
The GCT Residency is an annual program gathering 25 top pre-Series A teams + entrepreneurs in NYC, rent-free and equity-free. The program provides startups with tailored resources to both catalyze and better facilitate their growth, including high-impact founder networking, free real estate at Company HQ, mission/vision/values coaching, partnership perks, and ongoing interaction with the Company Ventures advisory team.
