On the lines of the C-CAMP Start-up Advancement Program, C-CAMP with the support from the Department of IT, BT, and S&T, Government of Karnataka has initiated the Karnataka Startup Advancement Program (K-SAP) BIO 50 for Karnataka based start-ups.
K-SAP BIO 50 is a one year, integrated, comprehensive deep-dive mentorship program that provides Mentorship, knowledge and access to networks to life-sciences startups early on in their entrepreneurial in a structured format and aims to jumpstart and accelerate their idea-to-market trajectory.
The objectives of K-SAP BIO50 are:
• To meaningfully engage and work closely with Karnataka startups to increase their chances of success
• To enable startups achieve faster traction in their key milestones
The K-SAP BIO 50 provides:
• Deep Dive Mentorship
• Facilitation for IP, Regulatory, Administrative support
• Funding Assistance
• Networking Events – Opportunity to explore Partnerships and Collaboration; Domain specific Workshops
Eligibility Criteria
• Startup should be registered anywhere in India under Companies Act 2013 (For C-SAP)
• Startup should be registered in Karnataka* under Companies Act 2013 (For K-SAP)
• Any startup working in area of life sciences, including but not limited to –
o Healthcare (Drug Discovery, Device & Diagnostics, Digital Health)
o Agriculture and allied (Agritech, Nutraceuticals, Nutricereals, Soil Health, Plant based therapeutics)
o Animal Health
o Industrial Biotechnology
o Clean Technology
o Water and Sanitation
