As part of the First Women campaign, Jane Walker and IFundWomen have teamed up to help create more opportunities for women to achieve their goals. Together, they are funding businesses identified in collaboration with a network of powerful icons who’ve broken through in culture and paved the way for more seconds, thirds and fourths to follow. If you are a woman entrepreneur whose business is pushing boundaries to create a more vibrant, diverse world, apply today!
Originally launching the program with 15 grants, Jane Walker will now be matching the program and funding an additional 15 groundbreaking women-owned businesses through the end of the year. Together with a network of powerful icons, businesses will be selected across Entertainment & Film, Music, Sports, Journalism, STEM and Hospitality, all on their journey towards a monumental first. Each recipient will receive a $10K grant plus a one-year IFundWomen Annual Coaching Membership. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis through June 2021.
Program Criteria
• Business must be located in the United States
• Must generate a minimum of $25K in annual revenue
• Must have been in business for at least 2 years
• Must be a self-identified woman entrepreneur with at least 50% ownership in your business
• Must have a product/service in market that falls into one of the following categories: Entertainment & Film, Music, Journalism, Sports, STEM and Hospitality
• Must have a groundbreaking women-owned business that is pushing boundaries to create a more vibrant, diverse world!
TIP: Within this application, you will be asked to provide imagery and a 60-sec video that demonstrates how your woman-owned business is breaking boundaries and considered the first of its kind. Your video must be provided in the form of a link (Vimeo, YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). Please have these assets and video link at the ready before starting your application.
