WE by Rising Tide is a program for Women Entrepreneurs sponsored by CPB Foundation and aio Foundation, in partnership with the Patsy T. Mink Center for Business and Leadership and Rising Tide Hawaii.

Invest in yourself and grow your business. An inaugural cohort of 20 Women Entrepreneurs will be selected for the 10-week program covering topics like financial management, marketing, and leadership with benefits including fully funded advertising opportunities and networking with fellow women leaders.

Time Commitment
This is a 10-week program culminating in a graduation. To fully benefit from the WE by Rising Tide program, a commitment to attend at least 9 of the 10 sessions is required, including Graduation Ceremony. Sessions will take place between August 4 – October 6, every Wednesday evening from 5:30-8:00pm, at Central Pacific Bank’s corporate headquarters in downtown Honolulu.

Eligibility Criteria
• Business must be 51% woman owned
• Business must be in operation for a minimum of 3 years and currently open for business
• Minimum yearly revenue generation of $250,000 (2019 or 2020)
• Maximum yearly revenue generation of $5,000,000 (2019 or 2020)
