The Social Impact Award is not just an award, but an educational program for young people that can help them start their own social business.
Award Information
The Social Impact Award BiH will award 4 prizes. Each of the awards consists of: 1. up to 2,000 KM for testing the idea, mentoring program, going to Prague for the international SIA Summit (if the situation with COVID-19 allows).
Eligibility Criteria
All young people aged 17 to 30 from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina can apply individually or as a team.
Applicants for the Social Impact Award 2021 must meet the following requirements:
• Individuals: Each person applying must be between 17 and 30 years old
• Teams: Each team member must be between 17 and 30 years old. When applying for a team, one person must be the holder of the application.
• The program is open to all ideas that have not yet been implemented, i.e. are at an early stage of development. If your idea is funded by any organization, fund or individual in excess of € 3,000 before January 1, 2020, they will not be able to apply for the Social Impact Award 2021.
• Projects applied in the previous year (except for the winners), can be applied this year as well if they meet all other conditions.
• The selection for the prize will include applications that will be applied through our website. Applications submitted before and after the application period will not be considered.
• The winners of the Social Impact Award 2021 are obliged to intensively develop their idea, participate in the mentoring program and report to the Social Impact Award team on the progress of the idea development.
