If your answer to these questions adds up to a loud YES, then KOHRW invites you to apply to Youth Innovation and Creativity Award (Khotwa/ PACE), with UNDP support Ninawa and Kirkuk Governorates to appraise outcome indicators, implement by Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch.

To the conscious, unemployed, low income youth and who owns small projects with a need to develop them, KOHRW announces the opening of the application process for small/medium projects (KHOTWA).

Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch in partnership with UNDP implements Khotwa program in Kirkuk and Ninewa governorates in Iraq. The project will contribute to support innovative and creative ideas through shortlisting about 100 candidates to go through the Build Your Business Training. The training will allow these candidates to create a solid business and action plans that they could implement even if they don't become the top winners.

KOHRW will grant the top 20 innovative business ideas and teams. Winners will be assigned and supported by business coaches and will be given access to mentors to help them at the early stages of their business

Over the course of nine months, together with other youth in Ninawa & Kirkuk you will participate in the program activities. Together with your team, you will be guided to innovate business ideas, develop your business plan& solutions to the challenges you identify in the context of the Iraqi crises.

Conditions for Submission
• The applicant must be between 18 to 35 years old
• Should not be an employee in the Government
• Must not be in violation of the laws in force in Iraq
• If the applicant is accepted, he undertakes to continue work and adhere to all project criteria
• Must have a profitable business idea, and the project should be convincing to the acceptance committee
• Must be a resident in the governorates of Ninawa and Kirkuk
In the absence of any of these criteria listed in the application conditions, the application will be rejected.

The organization is not obligated to accept all applicants' applications and selection is made by the expert committee.
